适用于非冶金工业的氢氧化铝,是用铝酸钠溶液种分法来制备的。在不同温度、不同晶种量及变化溶液中氧化铝、苛性钠浓度的条件下进行种分,其晶种通过球磨将氢氧化铝粉碎至d50 9~14μm。除研究产能之外,还研究了粒度、表面积、杂质(Fe O_3、SiO_2、Na_3O)等特性。获得了细而纯的氢氧化铝,其颗粒的中位径d50为4μm Fe_2O_3与SiO_2的含量小于0.006%。
For non-metallurgical industry, aluminum hydroxide, sodium aluminate solution is used to seed classification method to prepare. Seed germination was carried out under different temperatures, different amounts of seed crystals and varying concentrations of alumina and caustic soda in the solution. The seed crystals were pulverized by ball milling to d50 9-14 μm. In addition to research capacity, properties such as particle size, surface area, and impurities (Fe O 3, SiO 2, Na 3 O) were studied. Fine and pure aluminum hydroxide was obtained. The median diameter d50 of the particles was 4μm and the content of Fe_2O_3 and SiO_2 was less than 0.006%.
