目的:对多穗金粟兰(Chloranthus multistachys Pei)根的化学成分进行分离及结构鉴定。方法:利用普通硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱技术对植物根进行提取、分离和纯化,并经超导核磁共振(NMR)等现代波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从多穗金粟兰中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:羽扇豆醇(I)、环桉烯醇(II)、异秦皮啶(III)、瑞香苷(IV)、伞形花内酯(V)、棕榈酸(VI)、豆甾醇(VII)、β-谷甾醇(VIII)、β-胡萝卜苷(IX)。结论:化合物I~V、VII~IX均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Chloranthus multistachys Pei roots. Methods: The plant roots were extracted, separated and purified by ordinary silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques such as superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Results: Nine compounds were isolated from Pleurotus citrinopileatus, which were identified as lupine alcohol (I), mecycline (II), isoflanidone (III) (V), palmitic acid (VI), stigmasterol (VII), β-sitosterol (VIII) and β-daucosterol (IX). Conclusion: The compounds I ~ V, VII ~ IX were isolated from this plant for the first time.
