全国水利工作会议,中央领导对冬春水利建设作了重要指示。领导的重视,使各级水利部门深受鼓舞。继全国水利工作会议后,淮河流域四省相继召开了各省水利工作会议,着重对冬春水利建设和今后水利改革做了具体布置。目前,一个群众性的声势浩大的冬春水利建设热潮,正在流域四省蓬勃进行。
National Water Conservancy Conference, the central leadership of the winter and spring water conservancy has made important instructions. The leadership’s emphasis has greatly encouraged the water conservancy departments at all levels. Following the national conference on water conservancy, four provinces of the Huaihe River Basin have successively held water conservancy work meetings of various provinces, focusing on specific arrangements for winter and spring water conservancy construction and future water conservancy reform. At present, a mass of massive winter and spring water construction boom is being vigorously carried out in four river basins.
