作者对铸造用高锰钢采用定向凝固并严格控制工艺参数获得了稳定的奥氏体胞晶组织,发现随着铈量增加,胞晶前沿转向枝晶发展,并有游离晶出现。与此同时,用电子探针微区分析考察了铈对高锰钢中锰在定向凝固条件下获得的胞晶、柱状晶及等轴晶内偏析的定量影响,在前人研究成果的基础上,考虑到固相反扩散这一因素,导出了高锰钢中锰元素的溶质分布表达式,通过对实验数据进行理论分析,发现溶质平衡分配系数K。值是影响枝晶偏析的决定性因素。
The authors obtained a stable austenite cell structure by directional solidification and strict control of process parameters. It was found that as the amount of cerium increases, the front of cell dendrite develops and some free crystals appear. In the meantime, the quantitative analysis of the effect of cerium on the crystallites, columnar crystals and equiaxed segregation of crystals obtained from manganese in high manganese steel under directional solidification conditions was investigated by electron probe microanalysis. On the basis of previous studies , Taking into account the solid-phase counter-proliferation of this factor, the high manganese steel derived manganese solute distribution expression, through the theoretical analysis of the experimental data and found that solute equilibrium partition coefficient K. Value is the decisive factor affecting dendrite segregation.
