For a long time, the meanings of the appellations “Русьогосударстрво” and “Россия” and their historical periods covered by the Soviet Union and the Russian historians have traditionally followed the following statement: 1) “Rose” refers to the ancient Ross countries of the nineteenth and fifteenth centuries, that is, the entire Ross era (12th and 15th centuries) during Kievose and the feudal separatist period. (2) “Roseland” - The sixteenth century country appellation (3) “Russia” or “Russia” is short for the Russian Empire in the eighteenth century and the twentieth century. In fact, this argument is not flawless. In particular, the entire seventeenth century what exactly is the name, there are still different views. We would like to discuss these issues one by one here in order to obtain a more scientific statement.
