某油库接收油时,为加快收油速度,用两台泵分别向洞内六号、三号罐同时注油。作业开始后,现场值班员发现六号罐压力已达700Pa(70mmH_2O),紧接着看了三号罐,压力达1.7kPa(170mmH_2O) [罐压不允许超过2kPa(200mmH_2O),正常情况下为200~300Pa(20~30mmH_2O)]。发现上述问题后,立即到洞口开油气管线放水阀,但阀门已冻死失灵(当时气温-28℃)。此时油罐顶已发出嗞嗞的响声。由于发现及时,当即停止了收油作业,才控制了油罐压力的继续上升,避免了一次难以预料的事故。经多方检查,才发现阻火器内已结满霜,局部已成冰,经处理后继续收油,油罐压力恢复了正常。
