为全面貫彻全路設計工作会議精神,全路标准設計工作座談会已于1963年11月18月在北京召开,共进行了十三天。开幕时,鉄道部基建总局局长布克同志亲自到会作了重要指示。会議由专业設計院徐付院长主持。参加会議的有鉄道部第一、二、三、四設計院,专业設計院,电务設計事务所,北京、齐齐哈尔、郑州、兰州、成都等鉄路局的代表41人,此外,鉄道部基建总局、鉴定委員会、电务局等領导机关也派了代表出席指导。这次会议开得很适时,收获很大;十三天的会議,始終在热烈、紧张而又严肃、活泼的气氛中进行。会議上各单位交流了工作經驗,討論了标管細則,商訂了三年規划,等等,会議还深入地討論了标准設計工作巾的若干重大問題,尤其是一些几年来未能彻底解决的“老、大、难”問题,如标准設計范围、零号图性质,图紙审鉴权
In order to fully implement the spirit of the entire road design work conference, the standard design work forum for the entire road was held in Beijing on November 18, 1963 for a total of 13 days. The 13-day meeting was always conducted in a warm, tense, serious and lively atmosphere. During the meeting, all the units exchanged work experience, discussed the details of the detailed rules for the bidding, negotiated the three-year plan, and so on.
