全国基础教育工作会议强调要深刻认识素质教育的时代内涵,端正教育思想,转变教育观念,面向全体学生,加强学生思想品德教育,重视培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。怎样提高学生的学力,怎样为学生获得适应社会的生存能力和可持续发展的学习能力已成为广大教育工作者深入思考和努力探索的方向。为此,我们采访了上海市风华中学校长冯容士。
