安阳市水利局于2003年12月编印出《安阳市水利志》,刚好是全国江河水利志工作会议后河南省内编印出的第一本水利志稿,可以说是这次会议在河南结出的第一颗丰硕成果。《安阳市水利志》(送审稿)上自有文字资料记载的公元前2070年,下限至2002年,大事记下限为2003年底,达64万多字。用一年多的时间,能完成这项60多万字的工程,应该说是时间短、任务重,但是完成的好,完成的快,在河南省水利史志撰修史上是很突出的。这说明安阳市水利局领导对这项工作非
