针对科技查新员职业倦怠现象,从超负荷工作、信息超载、职业角色定位偏差、职业价值动摇与绩效焦虑、其它组织及社会因素等5个方面分析科技查新员职业倦怠的成因;指出查新员应该明确自己的职业角色,坚定职业价值,不断更新知识结构,积极进行自我心理调适,主动抑制职业倦怠;同时,查新管理机构应合理管理查新员工作负荷,建立科学的考核和激励机制,引导查新员合理规划职业生涯,采取轮岗等方式积极协助查新员调整工作状态。
In view of the phenomenon of Job Burnout of technology inspectors, this paper analyzes the causes of job burnout of Technology Search Focusers from five aspects: overload work, information overload, deviation of occupational roles, career value wavering and performance anxiety, other organizations and social factors; Newcomers should clearly define their own professional roles, strengthen their professional values, constantly update their knowledge structure, actively adjust themselves and take the initiative to curb occupational burnout. At the same time, new management agencies should properly manage their work load and establish scientific assessments and incentives Mechanism to guide check new reasonable planning career, take a rotation and other means to actively help check the status of new recruits to adjust.
