长滩水电站位于四川省万县磨刀溪中游,设计流量21.35米~3/秒,水头34米,装机4×1,600千瓦。该工程由低坝取水枢纽、引水渠(含隧洞、暗渠在内全长6,540米)、前池、钢管和厂房等组成,是一个典型的山区小型长渠道引水式水电站(图1)。工程于1964年11月正式动工,1966年5月开始发电,施工期为1年零7个月,总投资1,002万元,单位千瓦投资1,565元。
The Longtan Hydropower Station is located in the middle reaches of Shaoguoxi, Wanxian County, Sichuan Province with a designed flow rate of 21.35m ~ 3 / s and a water head of 34m with an installed capacity of 4 × 1,600kw. The project consists of a low water intake dam, a diversion canal (including a total length of 6,540 meters of tunnels and culverts), a front pond, steel pipes and workshops, and is a typical small-scale long-channel diversion hydropower station in the mountain area (Figure 1). The project was officially started in November 1964 and began to generate electricity in May 1966. The construction period is 1 year and 7 months with a total investment of 10,200,000 yuan and an investment of 1,565 yuan per kilowatt.
