近年来,人们对森工企业“两危”原因的分析和对策的研究迭出不穷,大力发展替代产业,大搞多种经营,调整产业结构等,都是行之有效的良策。然而,对于靠管理缓解“两危”的研究却有很大差距。因此,提高产品、作业、服务质量,促进企业由单纯依靠木材提价和多消耗森林资源来增加企业效益,转向依靠科学管理,改善经营,增产节约,从内部挖潜来增加企业收入,应作事半功倍的好办法予以重视和运用。
In recent years, studies on the analysis of the causes of “two dangers” of forest industry and enterprises and their countermeasures have emerged one after another.
