利用有科学根据的资源消耗定额是提高生产效率的途径之一。但计算资源消耗定额的方法急需改进。目前,制定燃料和动力资源消耗定额的基本方法有计算—分析法、试验法和计算—统计法三种。采用试验法确定资源消耗定额,可使科学根据达到很高的程度;然而搞试验工程,不但耗费许多人力物力,而且安装计算装置又常常会影响正常生产,且搞出来的定额的准确度
Using science-based resource consumption quotas is one way to increase productivity. However, the method of calculating resource consumption quota urgently needs improvement. At present, there are three basic methods of formulating fuel consumption and power resource consumption quota: calculation-analysis, test and calculation-statistics. The use of experimental methods to determine the consumption of resources, science can reach a very high degree; however, engage in experimental projects, not only consume a lot of manpower and resources, and installation of computing devices often affect normal production, and come out of the accuracy of the quota
