目的:研究银线草和多穗金粟兰的脂溶性成分。方法:采用索氏提取法提取银线草和多穗金粟兰的脂溶性成分,进行甲酯化处理后,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其脂溶性成分进行分析和鉴定。结果:从银线草中鉴定出24种脂溶性成分,占总检出物质量分数的99.03%,其中饱和脂肪酸占22.32%,不饱和脂肪酸占70.02%;从多穗金粟兰中鉴定出15种脂溶性成分,占总检出物质量分数的92.59%,其中饱和脂肪酸占15.73%,不饱和脂肪酸占54.71%。结论:该实验系统分析了银线草和多穗金粟兰脂溶性成分的组成和相对含量,为进一步开发利用这两种植物资源提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the lipid-soluble components of Agrimonia pilosa and Polygonum multiflorum. METHODS: Soxhlet extraction was used to extract the lipid-soluble components of Agrimonia pilosa and Polygonum multiflorum. After methyl esterification, the fat-soluble components were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). RESULTS: Twenty-four kinds of fat-soluble components were identified from Agrimonia spectabilis, which accounted for 99.03% of the total detected matter mass fraction, of which saturated fatty acids accounted for 22.32%, and unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 70.02%; 15 lipids were identified from Ch. The soluble components accounted for 92.59% of the total detected matter mass fraction, of which saturated fatty acids accounted for 15.73% and unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 54.71%. Conclusion: The experimental system was used to analyze the composition and relative content of fat-soluble components of Agrimonia serrata and Polygonum multiflora, which provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of these two plant resources.
