各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各军分区、人武部: 根据《国务院、中央军委关于2000年冬季士兵退出现役工作的通知》(国发[2000]29号)精神,为做好我省2001年度退役士兵的接收安置工作,现将有关事项通知如下: 一、接收安置对象 2001年度接收安置的对象是:服现役满2年以上未被选取为士官的退伍义务兵;服现役满本期规定年限未被选取为高一期的退役士官;部分未满本期规定年限但服现役满10年以上的退役士官;因政治、身体原因需要提前退出现役的,按有关规定执行。
