本研究在实验室及现场条件下评价了捕食性动物中剑水蚤对淡色库蚊的防治效果,当地分离的广布中剑水蚤在实验室内可有效吞食淡色库蚊幼虫,72h吞食率为60—100%,现场模拟试验证明中剑水蚤于9周内消灭幼虫种群,2周后成蚊种群消失。现场条件下单用中剑水蚤5周后有一定的防效,但结合应用中剑水蚤的长持效与B.s的速效作用取得了更显著的防治效果,持效两个月以上。由于该蚤嗜食景幼虫,繁殖快,能在蚊虫孳生地建立自己的种群,且可容易地大量培养,被认为是一种有前途的蚊虫生物防治物。
In this study, we evaluated the control effect of Scutellaria on Culex pipiens pallens in predatory animals under laboratory and field conditions. The locally isolated Daphnia maggot 60-100%. Field simulation tests showed that the water flea population of E. sinensis eliminated larvae within 9 weeks, and disappeared after 2 weeks. Under the field condition, the Siphonuma et al. Had a certain control effect after 5 weeks, but the combination of the long-lasting effect of Sapodilla and the quick effect of B.s resulted in more significant prevention and control effects, and the effect was maintained for more than two months. It is considered as a promising biological control of mosquitoes because the flea habitat larvae, reproduce fast, can establish their own population breeding in mosquitoes, and can be easily cultured in large quantities.
