为确定全身性非特异性免疫反应对大鼠睾丸功能的影响而进行此项研究。动物经 1 0天的碳粒注射 ,睾丸内LDH总活性、LDHx活性比 ,以及琥珀酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、非特异性酯酶、酸性酯酶等酶的活性 ,经酶组织化学染色、生物化学检测 ,以及凝胶电泳分析等显示 ,它们在活性强度、活性分布以及同工酶谱等方面均发生了明显改变。动物血皮质酮水平无明显变化。实验结果提示 :一个单纯性的全身性非特异性免疫反应可对睾丸的功能造成明显损害 ,这种损害可能与下丘脑 垂体 肾上腺轴的作用无关
This study was conducted to determine the effect of systemic nonspecific immune responses on testicular function in rats. After 10 days of injection of carbon particles in the testis, total testicular LDH activity and LDHx activity ratio, enzymatic activity of succinate dehydrogenase, acid phosphatase, non-specific esterase and acid esterase, Biochemical detection and gel electrophoresis analysis showed that they had obvious changes in activity intensity, activity distribution and isozyme patterns. Animal blood corticosterone levels did not change significantly. The experimental results suggest that a simple systemic non-specific immune response may cause significant damage to the function of the testis, which may not be related to the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis
