目的 :建立面刺凝胶中安体舒通、氯霉素、甲硝唑的含量测定方法。方法 :采用多波长系数法测定3主药的含量 ,测定波长分别为239 0、276 0、313 5nm。结果 :平均回收率分别为 :安体舒通99 5 %(RSD为3 02 %) ;氯霉素101 61 %(RSD为1 47 %) ;甲硝唑101 47 %(RSD为2 00 %)。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于多组分制剂的分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of spironolactone, chloramphenicol and metronidazole in facial thorn gel. Methods: The multi-wavelength coefficient method was used to determine the content of 3 main drugs. The measured wavelengths were 239 0,276 0,313 5 nm respectively. Results: The average recoveries were: spironolactone 99 5% (RSD 302%); chloramphenicol 101 61% (RSD 147%); metronidazole 101 47% (RSD 200%) . Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the analysis of multi-component preparations.
