揭示了当前烟草商业企业科技创新工作存在的薄弱环节,对烟草商业企业科技创新进行了定位,提出了烟草商业企业科技创新的实现路径并进行了实证分析,研究发现:烟草商业企业科技创新,既包括烟叶生产领域中的创新和卷烟流通领域中的创新,又包括服务创新,还包括烟草专卖技术管理创新以及烟草企业文化创新;开展科技创新只有紧密结合烟草商业企业发展的实际才能取得好成效。
