目的 :研究虎杖煎剂对大白鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法 :采用急性CCl4肝损伤模型 ,实验设虎杖煎剂大、中、小剂量治疗组、对照组和正常组 ,观察各组大白鼠血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、山梨醇脱氢酶 (SDH)活性变化。结果 :虎杖煎剂三个剂量治疗组均能降低血MDA含量和SDH活性 ,增加SOD活性 ,减轻肝损伤程度。中剂量效果最佳。结论 :虎杖煎剂具有良好的保护CCl4 致大鼠急性肝损伤的作用 ,尤以中剂量疗效最佳 ,其机理可能与抑制体内的过氧化反应有关
Objective : To study the protective effect and mechanism of Polygonum cuspidatum decoction on experimental liver injury in rats. METHODS: Acute CCl4 liver injury model was used. The experimental group was divided into large, medium and small doses of treatment group, control group and normal group. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasma of rats in each group were observed. SOD), sorbitol dehydrogenase (SDH) activity changes. Results : The three doses of Polygonum cuspidatum decoction can reduce the MDA content and the activity of SDH, increase the activity of SOD, and reduce the degree of liver injury. The best dose of medium dose. Conclusion : Polygonum cuspidatum decoction has a good protective effect on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in rats, especially the best effect of moderate dose, its mechanism may be related to inhibition of the body’s peroxidation
