报道了以肉桂酸(1)为起始原料,经混酐化、酰化、Doebner等三步反应制得关键中间体3-[3-甲氧基-4-(3-苯丙烯酰基)氧基]苯基丙烯酸(4)。其与对甲基苯磺酰氯形成混酐或在DCC和DMAP系统催化下分别与苯甲醇、肉桂醇、2-萘酚、对羟基苯乙酸反应成酯。所合成的标题化合物均经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证结构与构型。
The key intermediate 3- [3-methoxy-4- (3-phenylpropenoyl) oxy) -butyric acid was prepared by cinnamic acid (1) Phenyl] acrylic acid (4). It is mixed with p-methylbenzenesulfonyl chloride to form mixed anhydride or reacted with benzyl alcohol, cinnamyl alcohol, 2-naphthol and p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid respectively under the catalysis of DCC and DMAP system to form ester. The title compounds were synthesized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H-NMR confirmed the structure and configuration.
