为了进一步探索搅拌桨插入深度对脱硫效率的影响,降低铁水入炉硫含量。结合数值模拟与工业试验对不同KR搅拌桨插入深度下的铁水流场情况及对脱硫效率的影响进行了研究与试验。结果表明:当搅拌桨插入深度与铁水液面深度比值为0.287时,铁包内的上下环流循环区域基本一致;在宁波钢铁有限公司炼钢厂KR脱硫条件下,当搅拌桨插入深度为800mm时,铁水的脱硫效果最佳,脱硫后平均w(S)<20×10~(-6)。工业试验与数值模拟两结论基本吻合。
In order to further explore the depth of the stirring paddle on the desulfurization efficiency, reduce the molten iron into the furnace sulfur content. Combining with numerical simulation and industrial test, the research on the hot metal flow field and the effect on the desulphurization efficiency of different KR paddle penetration depths were studied and tested. The results show that when the ratio of depth of insert to depth of molten iron is 0.287, the upper and lower circulations in the iron package are basically the same. Under the condition of KR desulfurization in the steel mill of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., when the depth of penetration is 800mm , Hot metal desulfurization best, after desulfurization average w (S) <20 × 10 -6. Industrial test and numerical simulation basically agree with the two conclusions.
