本文介绍了我院1987~1993年对接触固体推进剂组分过氯酸铵粉尘作业工人80余人次的X线动态观察。肺功能检查及血气分析等。现已发现6例接触过氯酸铵工人在X线检查中肺部有明显的广泛肺间质纤维化改变,其中7例已有纤维化前期改变,两项检出率为61.90%,与对照组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。肺功能检查有8例已有不同程度的通气功能、小气道功能及弥散功能障碍,检出率为38.0%,在多年的临床观察中,还发现这些病理改变有进行性发展趋势。由于过氨酸铵粉尘是一种能溶于水的化合物,其水溶液pH为4~5,目前引起接触人员肺间质纤维化的病理过程尚无肯定结论。本文对过氯酸铵粉尘所致的肺间质纤维化变的原因进行了初步讨论。
This article describes the 1987 to 1993 in our hospital on solid propellant components of ammonium perchlorate dust workers more than 80 times the X-ray dynamic observation. As ammonium perchlorate dust is a water-soluble compound, the pH of its aqueous solution is 4 to 5, the pathological processes that cause exposure to interstitial fibrosis in humans are not yet conclusive. This paper discussed the causes of pulmonary fibrosis caused by ammonium perchlorate dust.
