公立医院作为国家举办、设立的为社会大众提供基础医疗服务的特殊机构,其运营具有非盈利及公益性特点。我国为发展中国家,经济实力仍不足以支撑全部公立医院的开销,因此,我国的公立医院面临财政投入不足的实际困难,必须依靠自身实现市场运营。而公立医院的社会责任履行情况如何,以及监管、评价等多方面机制尚不完善,本文主要就公立医院的社会责任进行了研究探讨,以促进公立医院的稳步、可持续发展。
As a special institution organized and set up by the state to provide basic medical services to the general public, public hospitals are characterized by non-profit and non-profit operation. As China is a developing country, its economic strength is still not enough to support the expenses of all public hospitals. Therefore, public hospitals in our country are faced with the practical difficulties of insufficient financial input and must rely on themselves to realize market operations. However, the implementation of social responsibility in public hospitals and the mechanisms of supervision and evaluation are still not perfect. This paper mainly studies the social responsibility of public hospitals to promote the steady and sustainable development of public hospitals.
