布鲁杆菌病患者的临床诊断及随访调查研究

目的 通过对布鲁杆菌病患者进行随访调查,为临床采取合理的预防和治疗措施提供有力证据.方法 71例布鲁杆菌病患者,应用调查问卷和电话随访的方式,了解患者的发病症状及并发症等情况.结果 71例患者中第1次就诊出现的症状以发热、关节肿疼、乏力、多汗及淋巴结肿大为主;并发症以转氨酶升高、肺炎、睾丸鞘膜积液、胸腔积液、呼吸功能衰竭为主;经治疗,71例患者在9个月内不良体征和症状均消失,其中1个月内消失占35.21%,3个月内消失占39.44%,6个月内消失占21.13%,9月内消失的占4.23%.结论 通过随访调查发现,分离培养、血清凝集实验均可有效对布鲁杆菌病进行诊断.“,”Objective To given the follow-up investigation for the patients with brucellosis,and provided the strong evidence of reasonable prevention and therapeutic measures on the clinic.Methods 71 cases of brucellosis patients,with questionnaire survey and telephone follow-up,understand the patient's symptoms and complications.Results 71 cases of visits for the first time in patients with symptoms of fever,joint swelling pain,fatigue,sweating and lymph node enlargement mainly;complication of transaminase elevations,pneumonia,hydrocele of tunica vaginalis,pleural effusion,respiratory failure;after treatment,71 patients in nine months bad signs and symptoms were disappeared,of which 1 months disappeared 35.21 %,within 3 months disappeared 39.44%,within 6 months disappeared for 21.13 %,9 months disappeared 4.23%.Conclusion To discovered by follow-up investigation,they are able to effective diagnosing for the brucellosis by isolated culture and RBPT.
