目的 探讨柯萨奇病毒B4’致低硒鼠心肌损伤的特点。方法 用补硒和低硒饲料分别喂养昆明鼠4周后交配,给其子代雄性鼠(出生后 4周)腹腔接种柯萨奇病毒B4’0.1ml,对照组接种等量RPMI 1640培养液。观察各组鼠的心肌光镜结果,全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和肝脏组织中脂质过氧化物酶(LPO)含量。结果 低硒和补硒饲料病毒组的心肌病变检出率分别为78.1%和16.7%。低硒和补硒饲料对照组的心肌未见病变。低硒组全血中GSH-Px活性明显降低,LPO含量明显增高。结论 低硒可以使柯萨奇病毒B4’致昆明鼠心肌损伤加重。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of myocardial injury induced by Coxsackievirus B4 ’in mice. Methods Kunming mice were fed with supplemental selenium and low selenium diet for 4 weeks, then their offspring male mice (4 weeks after birth) were intraperitoneally inoculated with coxsackievirus B4’0.1 ml, while the control group was inoculated with equal amount of RPMI 1640 medium. The results of light microscopy, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in whole blood and the content of lipid peroxidase (LPO) in liver tissue were observed. Results The detection rates of myocardial lesions were 78.1% and 16.7% in low selenium and selenium-supplemented feed groups respectively. Selenium and selenium feed control group of myocardial no lesions. The GSH-Px activity in whole blood of low selenium group was significantly decreased, LPO content was significantly increased. Conclusion Low selenium can make Coxsackievirus B4 ’cause myocardial damage in Kunming rats.
