数字化报警规程作为核电厂的一类重要运行规程,将在数字化仪控技术系统(DCS)中安装使用。当核电厂工艺参数偏离运行范围、设备状态与当前运行状态不符、设备发生故障、系统设备无法操作时触发报警,以避免机组状态进一步恶化。基于在建核电厂数字化报警规程在模拟机上的验证经验、工作流程和验证结果,提出数字化报警规程验证的基本工作方法。基于此方法,能确保报警规程编写和数字化报警规程设计的正确性,从而满足核电厂安全运行的要求。
Digital alarm procedures as a class of nuclear power plant important operating procedures, will be in the digital instrument control technology system (DCS) installed. When the process parameters of the NPP deviate from the operating range, the equipment status does not match the current running status, the equipment fails, and the system equipment can not operate to trigger the alarm to avoid further deterioration of the unit status. Based on the verification experience, work flow and verification results of the digitized alarm protocol of nuclear power plant under construction on the simulator, the basic working method of digital alarm procedure verification is proposed. Based on this method, the correctness of the writing of alarm procedures and the design of digital alarm procedures can be ensured so as to meet the requirements of safe operation of nuclear power plants.
