本文介绍经实验证明的分有线性注微波回路反馈振荡器注频销定的静态和动态理论。频率锁定范围与所得注入增益的平方根及回路总长度之乘积成反比,而要锁定的特性时间与此乘积成正比。锁定时的回路相位变化也随注入增益的平方根增加。本文讨论了双模X波段注入式正交场放大管(IBCFA)的研制,该管是为多模相干雷达发射机设计的。另外,介绍了这种正交场放大管(CFA)产生的过量脉冲噪声的测量方法。正交场放大器在脉冲谱线2千赫处的过量噪声小于115分贝/赫,此噪声来源于电子注本身。在正反馈和注频锁定条件下,过量脉冲噪声随注入均益成正比地增加。
In this paper, we introduce the static and dynamic theory of experimentally demonstrated frequency injection pinout of a linear feedback microwave oscillator. The frequency lock range is inversely proportional to the product of the square root of the injected gain and the total loop length, and the characteristic time to be locked is proportional to this product. The loop phase change at lock-in also increases with the square root of the injection gain. This article discusses the development of a dual-mode X-band Injected Quadrature Field Amplifier (IBCFA) designed for multi-mode coherent radar transmitters. In addition, the measurement method of excessive impulse noise generated by this quadrature field amplifier (CFA) is introduced. Orthogonal field amplifiers have an excess noise of less than 115 dB / Hz at 2 kHz of the pulse line, which is derived from the electron beam itself. Under the conditions of positive feedback and frequency-locked, the excess impulse noise increases proportionally with the injection mean.
