中共十六届三中全会提出,要大力发展混合所有制经济,实现投资主体多元化,使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式。这是对马克思主义经济理论的重大丰富和发展,对于我国进一步深化改革,完善社会主义市场经济体制具有重要指导意义。
The Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed that we should vigorously develop the mixed ownership economy, diversify the investment entities and make the shareholding system the major form of public ownership. This is a major enrichment and development of the Marxist economic theory and has an important guiding significance for our country to further deepen the reform and perfect the socialist market economic system.
