众周所知,准备活动是体育教学的重要环节之一。然而在教学实践中,却常常出现准备活动被忽略的现象。如,有的只作为一种形式,走走过场了事;有的没有认真准备,不能与基本教材有机地结合,形式与内容缺乏创新,千篇一律;有的以专项准备活动替代一般性准备活动;更有甚者,让学生自己带准备活动,教师放任不管……这些现象应当引起我们广大体育教师的重视,充分发挥准备活动的作用,以利于提高教学效果。

These phenomena should arouse the attention of our sports teachers, give full play to the role of preparatory activities in order to help improve teaching effectiveness.
