从本期起,我们在《主妇园地》栏目中开设一个专题 ——《李太菜谱》,特约请加拿大烹饪教授李曾鹏展女士主持。李曾鹏展女士之母乃烹饪高手,李曾鹏展深得其母传授,并经多年实践,积累了相当丰富经验,已出版数十部烹饪著作。李太还在著名烹饪学校授课,在电台和电视台主持节目,并经常为报刊撰写专栏,为丰富广大群众生活,故本刊专请李太主持这个专题栏目,以飨读者。
