随着液化天然气越来越多地运用到工业生产、公路运输以及城市公交系统,加气机的计量溯源问题也成为关注的焦点。文章针对液化天然气加气机如何有效现场检定的问题,分别运用标准表法和静态质量法进行现场测试,通过对测试数据和测试结果的比较以及检定过程各个环节的研究,分析产生测量误差的原因。并根据实际情况,对不同的检测方法提出相应的设备核查方法,提高检测结果的可信度。
As LNG becomes more and more used in industrial production, road transport and urban public transport systems, the issue of metrology traceability for air dispensers has also become the focus of attention. In this paper, aiming at the problem of how to validate on-site verification of liquefied natural gas (LNG) gas filling machine, the standard test method and the static quality test are respectively used to carry out on-site testing. By comparing the test data with the test results and the various aspects of the verification process, . And according to the actual situation, put forward the corresponding equipment verification methods for different detection methods to improve the credibility of the test results.
