本文从班主任对初中学生管理的实践出发,着重研究在新的时代条件和社会背景下,教育对象的逆反心理的具体表现及原因,探究教育对象逆反心理的疏导良策。
Based on the practice of junior high school students management, this paper focuses on the concrete manifestation and reasons of the rebellious mentality of educational objects under the conditions of the new times and the social background, and probes into the good countermeasures of the rebellious mentality of educational objects.
