1 概述大喷煤是炼铁结构优化的中心工作。高炉实现大喷煤量有两个条件,一是要有可靠的能力足够的喷煤设备,二是要使高炉能够接受大喷煤量。对于新一号高炉来说,后者是限制环节。前者相对来说是比较容易解决的,而后者则复杂得多,它包括操作、原燃料、以及各方面的管理水平,需要炼铁技术的全面进步。新一号高炉投产以来,各项指标取得了长足进步,喷煤比也连续6个月达
1 Overview Large coal injection is the center of the iron structure optimization. Blast furnace to achieve a large amount of coal injection has two conditions, first, there must be reliable enough coal injection equipment, the second is to make the blast furnace to accept a large amount of coal injection. For the new blast furnace, the latter is a restriction. The former is relatively easy to solve, while the latter is much more complicated.
