档案库房温湿度观测,是提供库房温湿度定量管理的重要依据。观测记录准确与否,对于掌握通风原则、采取调节措施、设备运行消耗等都有直接的影响。因此,提高库房温湿度观测记录的准确性,是衡量库房管理水平、发挥管理效益的一个重要环节。 我国档案库房温湿度的观测,是根据库房温湿度管理的需要来进行的,而这种需要并没有建立在严格的、统一的技术标准之上,因而观测记录的准确性难以得到保证。据我们调查发现,档案库房温湿度观测记录的误差值,普遍远远超过允许范围。本文针对库房温湿度管理的特点及有关的技术问题,从观测仪器的选择与安置、观测时次与要求,以及观测记录的整理方法等,就如何提高温湿度观测记录的准确性,提出如下一些看法。
Archives room temperature and humidity observations, is to provide an important basis for quantitative and temperature and humidity management of the warehouse. The accuracy of observation records or not, for the mastery of ventilation principles, to take regulatory measures, equipment operation and consumption have a direct impact. Therefore, improving the accuracy of the warehouse temperature and humidity observation records is an important part of measuring the management level of the warehouse and playing a management benefit. The observation of the temperature and humidity of the archives in our country is based on the needs of the management of the temperature and humidity in the warehouse. However, this need is not based on the strict and unified technical standards, so the accuracy of the observation records can not be guaranteed. According to our survey, the errors recorded by the temperature and humidity records in the archive store are far beyond the allowable range. In view of the characteristics of temperature and humidity management in the warehouse and the related technical problems, this paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the accuracy of the temperature and humidity observation record from the selection and placement of observing instruments, the times and requirements of observation, the finishing methods of observation records, view.
