又是一个毕业季,学生们匆匆的做完毕业创作,匆匆的走了,最后问他们做了些什么,他们也说不清楚。总之,他们创作了一件雕塑,写了一篇雕塑论文,就算是顺利毕业了。但我还是有遗憾,带了两届毕业生了,却没有一个学生能继续从事与雕塑相关的行业,这就给我留下一个新的课题去思考。如今的老师也难当啊,哪个老师不想教出好学生呢。教与学需要双方面的配合,可是现在的学生自主学习能力弱,课堂上也不积极配合老师,就算老师有多大的积极性,也都被磨灭了。但作为老师应该发挥想象力去激发、去引导学生,使其能认识雕塑
