草菇是典型的高温速生食用菌,生产周期短,生物转化率低。本试验设想以高效(?)面肥——绿威宝,添加在草菇栽培料内,弥补草菇在短期内难以完全分解基质,不能满足营养需要的缺陷,促使草菇高产。并探讨绿威宝在草菇生产中的使用方法、浓度及其效果。 1 材料和方法 1.1 供试材料 菌种V_23(Den-1),清远林中宝食用公司菌种场提供,种龄12天。绿威宝,广州军区翠竹集团科技开发中心提供,每包100g。六合土,稻田土加牛粪等材料配制成。 1.2 研究方法 将原条稻草700kg,石灰28kg,六合土210kg,起堆发酵。先将稻草浸4小时,捞出后堆闷一夜,第2天堆料。铺一层稻草,撒上石灰,加一层六合土,拌匀堆积,覆盖塑料薄膜,利用日光能发酵3天。堆
