DME作为柴油机的引燃剂时,对其燃烧与排放特性进行了试验研究.该燃烧方式通过进气过程喷入一定量的DME燃料,形成均质的稀薄混合气,预混合气着火燃烧后再主喷柴油,实现预混合-主喷油燃烧方式,即燃烧过程中稀薄燃烧与扩散燃烧相结合.研究结果表明, DME预混合比例有一个最佳值,适当的预混合对发动机经济性、降低 NOx和碳烟排放、改善燃烧噪声有明显效果.
