本文企图把微波加热以及所用的微波电子管向读者们作一简单的介绍。首先叙述了人们对加热的各种方法发展的认识过程,讨论了高频加热以至微波加热的原理及其一些特点。介绍了微波加热器的基本结构型式。对微波加热和其它各种加热方法作了比较,讨论了微波辐射的问题,介绍了微波加热在工农业产品、食品和其它方面的应用。讨论了微波加热对电子管的要求。特别着重叙述连续波磁控管设计上一些问题的考虑。文中最后提出了为了发展微波加热技术,在自前需要进一步研究和解决的问题。
This article attempts to microwave heating and the use of microwave tubes to readers for a brief introduction. First of all, it describes the process of people’s understanding of the various heating methods and discusses the principle and some features of high-frequency heating and microwave heating. The basic structure of microwave heater is introduced. Microwave heating and other heating methods are compared to discuss the issue of microwave radiation, introduced microwave heating in industrial and agricultural products, food and other applications. The requirements of microwave heating on the tube were discussed. Special emphasis is given to the design of CW magnetron design considerations. In the end, the paper proposed some problems that need to be further studied and solved in order to develop microwave heating technology.
