使用钢筋混凝土桩基的桥梁基础工程中,在浙江省过去一般都是采用实心的钢筋混凝土方桩和矩形桩。虽然制造比较简单容易,但在使用上,不是普遍可以采用的。如1954年建造某大桥时,设计桩基是用钢筋混凝土管桩,当时我们不会制造,只得向外省桥梁厂订制。长途运输,不但费时久、成本高、损耗大,而且桩的长度受到一定的限制,给施工带来很多的不便。如果空心桩能够在现场予制,就可以免除上述的缺点。今年我省正在施工的某大桥,下部构造按高桩承台设计,由于桥址处河床地质坚硬紧密,需要空心钢筋混凝土基桩,以适应射水沉桩的施工方法,来保证基桩的质量。我们为了节省造价和加速施工进度,同时又在没有离心式拌合机的情况下,提出了在现场预制空心钢筋混凝土方桩的课题。为解决此问题,我们实行了导领、技术人员、工人三结合的方法,经过多次的讨论研究和反复试验改进,终于在现场把空心钢筋混凝土方桩预制成功。实践证明质量良好。现将预制过程简要介绍如下:
In the bridge foundation engineering using reinforced concrete pile foundations, solid reinforced concrete square piles and rectangular piles were generally used in Zhejiang Province in the past. Such as the construction of a bridge in 1954, the design of the pile foundation is reinforced concrete pipe piles, then we will not create, only to the provincial bridge factory custom. Long-distance transport, not only takes a long time, high cost, loss, and the length of the pile subject to certain restrictions, to the construction of a lot of inconvenience. If the hollow piles can be made in the field, the above disadvantages can be avoided. This year, a bridge under construction in our province is designed according to the design of high-pile cap. As the riverbed at the bridge site is hard and tight, hollow reinforced concrete foundation pile is needed to meet the construction method of water-erecting pile to ensure the quality of foundation pile. In order to save the cost and speed up the construction progress, we also put forward the topic of prefabricated hollow reinforced concrete square piles in the absence of centrifugal mixer. In order to solve this problem, we implemented the method of combining leadership, technicians and workers. After many discussions and trial and error tests, we succeeded in prefabricating the hollow reinforced concrete square pile in the field. Practice has proved that the quality is good.
