急性扁桃体炎是最常见、多发的咽部淋巴组织急性感染,可由多种细菌和病毒感染所致,易并发多种严重疾病。对急性扁桃体炎采取中西医结合治疗,对细菌、病毒感染都有效。治疗300例,采用青霉素肌注2～4天,中药用银翘解毒散,随证加减,水煎服。疗效颇佳,无1例发生并发症。
