目的:评价可吸收聚乳酸内固定系统在髁突中低位骨折内固定中的疗效。方法:回顾分析2008~2013年42例(54侧)可吸收接骨板行髁突中低位骨折内固定的治疗情况,术后对面型、骨折愈合及临床功能恢复情况行1~12个月随访。结果:42例患者面型恢复满意,开口度及开口型无明显异常,颞颌关节活动度及咬合关系良好,无感染及异物排斥反应。结论:在髁突中低位骨折内固定治疗中,可吸收性高分子聚合物微型接骨板和螺钉具有良好的固定强度,避免二次手术,是髁突中低位骨折理想的内固定系统。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of absorbable polylactide internal fixation system in the treatment of medial and inferior condylar fractures. Methods: Forty - two cases (54 sides) of absorbable plate were treated with internal fixation of middle and low condyles fractures in 2008 ~ 2013. The surface type, fracture healing and clinical function recovery were followed up for 1 to 12 months. Results: The surface recovery of 42 patients was satisfactory, the opening degree and open type had no obvious abnormality, and the temporomandibular joint mobility and occlusion relationship were good. There was no infection and foreign body rejection reaction. CONCLUSION: In the treatment of medial and inferior condyles fractures, absorbable polymer micro-plates and screws have good fixation strength and avoid secondary surgery. It is an ideal internal fixation system for middle and low condylar fractures.
