我厂应用展成法磨削原理在改装后的内圆磨床上加工球面工件(图1),工件的球心位移度要求在±0.03mm范围内。由展成磨削原理可知,只要杯形砂轮旋转时,砂轮端面运动轨迹与球面的截面圆重合便能磨出球面,砂轮主轴中心线与头架回转中心线的交点就是工件的理论球心,因此要满足工件球心位移度的要求,就必须使砂轮轴线准确通过工件的理论球心,为此设计了球心找正装置。
