随着科技的发展我国高等教育的规模在不断扩大,一些教育办学机制不断追求创新,探索新的方向。在这种情况下,独立学院的发展极为迅速。独立学院是不同于公办和民办院校的一种新的办学模式。由于其特殊的办学模式,使学院内党组织的党团工作和活动开展方面与普通民办院校不同。本文在探讨这个新课题的基础上,提出一些对新时期独立学院党组织活动方式的创新方面的见解,并论述这方面研究的必要性。
With the development of science and technology, the scale of higher education in our country is constantly expanding. Some education and running mechanisms constantly pursue innovation and explore new directions. Under such circumstances, the development of independent colleges is extremely rapid. Independent colleges are different from the public and private institutions of a new school mode. Due to its special mode of running schools, the work and activities of the caucus in the college’s party organizations are different from those of ordinary non-governmental institutions. Based on the discussion of this new subject, this article puts forward some opinions on the innovative aspects of the activities of the party organizations in independent colleges in the new period and discusses the necessity of the research in this aspect.
