以中国铁路信息化总体规划为指南,结合重点建设的客运专线特点,阐述中国铁路客运专线信息系统的建设以运输组织、客运营销、经营管理为重点,以系统互联互通、信息共享为原则;提出客运专线信息化体系结构由业务应用层和公共基础平台构成,应用系统涵盖了运输组织、客运营销、经营管理三个领域。在系统总体框架中设置了综合调度、客票售检、旅客服务等中心,同时还建立动车管理信息系统、综合维修管理信息系统和公共基础平台。铁路计算机网络按照铁道部、铁路局(公司)、基层站段三级规划,根据安全要求级别不同,划分为安全生产网、内部服务网和外部服务网,三网之间实现物理或逻辑分离。在客运专线信息系统建设中既要考虑初期的独立运行,还要考虑未来客运专线间的联网运行及与既有线对应的系统信息交换。
Taking the overall planning of China railway informatization as a guideline and combining with the characteristics of passenger dedicated lines in key construction, this paper elaborates the construction of information system of China’s passenger dedicated railway line with the emphasis on transport organization, passenger transportation, operation and management, system interconnection and information sharing Passenger special line information architecture consists of business application layer and public infrastructure, application system covers the transport organization, passenger marketing, management and management of the three areas. In the overall framework of the system set up a comprehensive dispatch, ticket sales seizure, passenger service centers, and also set up EMU management information system, comprehensive maintenance management information system and public infrastructure. The railway computer network is divided into safety production network, internal service network and external service network according to the three levels of planning of the Ministry of Railways, the Railway Bureau (company) and the grassroots station and the physical network or logical separation between the three networks. In the construction of passenger dedicated line information system, it is necessary to consider the initial independent operation, but also consider the interconnection between the passenger dedicated line in the future and the exchange of system information corresponding to the existing line.
