目的:探讨认知训练对丘脑性失语患者的治疗作用。方法:将入选病例分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组接受语言训练和认知训练,对照组仅接受语言训练。结果:经2个月的康复治疗,治疗组语言功能改变明显,疗效优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:认知训练对丘脑性失语患者语言康复有积极的作用。在进行语言训练时,应将认知训练纳入失语治疗常规中。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of cognitive training on patients with thalamic aphasia. Methods: The selected cases were divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group received language training and cognitive training, the control group only received language training. Results: After 2 months of rehabilitation, the language function of the treatment group changed obviously, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group (p <0.01). Conclusion: Cognitive training has a positive effect on language rehabilitation in patients with thalamic aphasia. When conducting language training, cognitive training should be included in the aphasia treatment routine.
