信任是市场经济用来减少社会交往复杂性的机制。西方在长期的市场经济发展过程中形成了较为稳定的信任体系。当前,社会大众对保险的认可度低已经成为制约整个保险业持续发展的主要。
Trust is the mechanism that the market economy uses to reduce the complexity of social interactions. The West has formed a relatively stable trust system in the course of long-term market economy development. Currently, the public’s low recognition of insurance has become the main constraint to the sustainable development of the entire insurance industry.
