A case report patient female, 57 years old. Discomfort due to bilateral lumbar pain more than 10 years admitted to hospital. The results of CT scan showed that there was a kind of round lump on the left kidney with the size of 4.7cm × 4.2cm × 4cm and the uneven density. The CT value was 30 ~ 40HU. The result of CT enhanced scan showed that the arterial phase was unevenly enhanced and CT value 60 ~ 80HU, parenchyma and renal pelvis densities were significantly lower than the renal parenchyma (Figure 1).
