现代社会,经济处于高速发展和快速转型中,对高质量、高素质、全方面发展人才的需求量不断增大。中国主张科教兴国,进行创新能力的培养,保证中国教育的可持续发展。同时,学生创新能力的培养也备受现代高校重视。创新教育理念成为现代教育发展的本质特征之一。现代大学生在创新创业的过程中,高校要首先对学生实施职业素养教育,将创新能力教育融入职业素养教育过程中,进而实现大学生创新创业能力不断提高。主要分析了大学生职业素养教育的现状以及存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,探析大学生职业素养的路径,最终实现提高学生的创新创业意识,促进现代教育的发展目的。
In modern society, the economy is in a state of rapid development and rapid transformation. The demand for high-quality, high-quality and all-round development talents has been constantly increasing. China advocates that science and education will rejuvenate the country and cultivate innovative capabilities so as to ensure the sustainable development of education in China. At the same time, the cultivation of students’ innovative ability is also highly valued by modern colleges and universities. The concept of innovative education has become one of the essential characteristics of the development of modern education. In the course of innovation and entrepreneurship, modern college students should first implement vocational accomplishment education for their students and integrate innovation ability education into vocational accomplishment education so as to realize the continuous improvement of their creative and entrepreneurial ability. It mainly analyzes the status quo and existing problems of college students’ vocational accomplishment education, and puts forward corresponding solutions and probes into the path of college students’ professional accomplishments. Ultimately, it realizes students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship and promotes the development of modern education.
