目的 :探讨微创治疗脑转移瘤和脑胶质瘤的新方法。方法 :CT定位后 ,微创头部小切口 ,颅骨钻孔 ,使用射频热凝方法治疗脑转移瘤和脑胶质瘤。结果 :治疗 6例病人效果确切 ,3例病人射频热凝时间较短 ,脑水肿反应轻 ,恢复顺利 ,另 3例病人射频热凝时间较长 ,脑水肿反应重 ,持续时间长。结论 :该治疗方法对病人创伤小 ,疗效确切、安全 ,是一种新的微创治疗方法 ,该方法需进一步改进提高。
Objective: To explore a new method of minimally invasive treatment of brain metastases and gliomas. Methods: After CT localization, minimally invasive cranial incision and cranial drilling were performed. Brain metastases and gliomas were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation. Results: The curative effect of the 6 patients was exact. The radiofrequency congealing time was short, the brain edema reaction was light, and the recovery was smooth. The other 3 patients had longer RF radiofrequency and longer brain edema reaction. Conclusion: This treatment is a new minimally invasive treatment for patients with minimal trauma, effective and safe curative effect. This method needs to be further improved and improved.
